OPEN Art Show: A Group Exhibition @ CIMB Artober 2021

As the country and borders open up, we are grappling to adapt to a changed, and still changing world, scarred by the pandemic. How should we respond? We embrace opportunities and possibilities that a still beautiful life, including its multitude of crises has to offer. With this optimism in mind, CULT unfolds an art exhibition called OPEN.

For the first time, we are participating in the CIMB Artober 2021 Hotel Art Fair at Element Kuala Lumpur that will be held from 4-7 November. Cult Gallery is showcasing 26 artists from emerging to the  established. This exhibition offers collectors artworks of different mediums ranging from sculptures, paintings and video in two connecting and open hotel rooms temporarily converted into a mini art gallery. Amongst other surprises and highlights, we are featuring a special performance art by artist Dhani Ilyani. This unique “mini gallery” provides visiting art lovers a different experience as they discover artworks that are curated to start and continue conversations seamlessly between two different rooms. We embrace you with open arms, and we invite you to come with an open mind.
